These Log Cabin Shells are completed on the outside, then delivered to your location. You decide how you want the inside finished. They are available up to 24-feet wide and up to 40-feet long. You can add or move doors and windows. There are dormer window options. And you can add gables.

This model is small, 14-feet wide by 32-feet long.

The porch is a bite out of the footprint. It is 18-feet long and 4-feet wide. So inside the cabin is actually quite small.

Construction

These cabin shells are built with premium grade lumber. They have 16″ on center 2×4 walls and ceiling.

The floor is 16″ on center 2×6 with 3/4″ tongue and groove plywood subfloor. If you want to hold more weight, you can customize the floor.It is built on notched runners with a weather and pressure treated floor system.

Inside is completely unfinished. You complete it yourself.

Choose from different windows. Have them installed wherever you want. Add or move doors to wherever works best with your plan.

Here are some more window options. Top is dormer windows. Middle is larger double dormer windows. Both of these can open for some airflow. Bottom is shed roof dormers with transom windows. Transom windows don’t open, but they allow a lot of light.

You can select from a lot of different colors for the metal roof. Standard colors are Black, Slate Grey, White, Burgundy, Charcoal, Blue, Brown, Red, Clay, Stone, Bronze, Tan, Beige, Green or Metallic Copper.

Modular Half-Log Cabins are available in your choice of size, layout and options.

These modular cabin shells are available smaller or up to 24-feet wide and up to 40-feet long.

Log Siding

The cabin is clad in half-log siding. Wood is milled to look like logs at a fraction of the cost of a real log cabin.
