It\u2019s not as small as it looks, at 1,333 square feet. The front is 26\u2019 wide. It is 56\u2019 deep.<\/p>\n<p>This is right near our cabin. We watched as site was prepared and the foundation was put in. It is one of the few lots left between the historic houses. The house was delivered on the back of a flatbed in two pieces. Then the roof, porch and trim were put on.<\/p>\n<p>The same house is a model home you can tour at Premier Homes of the Carolinas, Inc. You can see photos inside the model on their website: <a href=\"http:\/\/phcarolinas.com\/index.php\/the-garland-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">phcarolinas.com\/index.php\/the-garland-2\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Premier Homes of the Carolinas, Inc. has it priced at $146,000. That is for the house, as you see it in the photos. It includes the complete kitchen and an appliance package, the siding and the optional box bay window, which has a window seat in the front bedroom.<\/p>\n<p>Site prep costs whatever it costs.<\/p>\n<p>You can make alterations to the plans. You can add options or change things, which makes it more or less expensive. You can order it unfinished, but you can\u2019t get a mortgage on it that way.
