The Noble Cape is a modular home manufactured by Palm Harbor Homes. It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and a footprint of 26.2’x56′, 1,464 square feet. It is made of two 13\u2019 modules that are 56\u2019 long. Upstairs there is 950 square feet of unfinished space.<\/p>\n

The laundry room is out the back, so that is where the garage would go. I like that idea, but I\u2019m not sure it will work on our land\u2026<\/p>\n

Kitchen Option Plans – Palm Harbor Homes Noble Cape Modular Home<\/figcaption><\/figure>The biggest thing I would like to change is less bathroom. A single nice deep tub would be perfect for me. I would prefer a bigger mudroom\/laundry room, with some shelves to serve as a pantry.<\/p>\n

So, here is my first edit to these plans. It is flipped to the direction it would sit on our land. <\/p>\n

I would probably change the kitchen, too.<\/p>\n
