It makes a small cabin with a front porch. The outside is 18.7-feet x 27.2-feet to the ends of where the logs stick out. The logs have a deep tongue &amp; groove, so no seal is required. Kits for larger cabins include threaded steel rods or logs screws to keep the logs tight.<\/p>\n<p>The cabin is 437 square feet. It is a smaller cabin that can be built by nearly anyone, as long as you have some construction knowledge. The kit is pre-trimmed.
