A cassette toilet splits the difference between a portable toilet and one that is plumbed into the RV and has to be pumped out at a holding tank dump station.<\/p>\n

A Cassette Toilet may be new to you, but they aren’t new. Thetford started selling a permanent toilet with removable holding tank in 1986.<\/p>\n

These cassette toilets are self contained and do not need to be plumbed to a freshwater tank. They can be installed as a freestanding unit against any outer wall of the vehicle.<\/p>\n
