This is the plan of the original Tiny House before the additions. It is 394 square feet. The addition brings it up to 534 square feet.<\/p>\n

Tiny House Communities in Flat Rock, North Carolina<\/h2>\n

In 2018 we read about a campground that was being turned into a Tiny House Community, The Village at Flat Rock. They were having an open house and we went out to take a look.<\/p>\n

When this house showed up on Facebook Marketplace, I thought it was one of the houses we had seen at the Open House, but it\u2019s not.<\/p>\n

The Tiny House Community we saw is sure not tiny any more. It has expanded and this house is in a neighborhood across the South Orchard Road from The Village at Flat Rock. The sign says it is The Hamlet of Simple Life. It is a Gated Tiny Home Community.<\/p>\n

When we toured back in 2018 there were a few Tiny Towables there, but most were Park Models. There is still a small area with the camper-style hookups for the towable tiny homes. But, the area for the relatively larger Park Model houses has really grown.<\/p>\n
