Electric professionally installed with numerous outlets and plenty of lighting, including ceiling fan with lights.<\/p>\n

Internet and Solar ready. On demand hot water for shower and sinks. 3 burner stove, oven, hot water use propane gas. Climb ladder to a sleeping loft with custom installed safety rails, queen bed. Full kitchen-apt size fridge and bathroom with shower, sink and flush toilet. One closet with 3 drawers.\u00a0 Mitsubishi split ac\/heat. Additional air conditioner in loft. All 10 windows open and have screens.<\/p>\n

New owner must relocate tiny house. Tiny House has a tow hitch and may be pulled with a pickup truck, by a driver experienced in towing heavy loads (almost 10,000 lbs. 23 ft length, 8.5 ft width, 13 ft clearance.) Travels well on roads. NO special permits required.<\/p>\n
