I want to use my own desk instead, so I am not having the drawers and surface installed. I also removed the half-wall and header, so now instead of a 7′ x 7′ room off the 3′ hallway, it is more like a 10′ x 7′ room off the foyer. Sort of… at least in my imagination. It is convenient to the front door, the kitchen, and the laundry\/sewing room.<\/p>\n

Schumacher gave us a substantial credit for the changes. That is one of the best things about working with them. They charge you for adding things, but they also credit you if you take things out. And you can have whatever you want.<\/p>\n
