Blue Ridge Log Cabins makes modular cabins. They make log cabins and more traditional looking cabins with board and batten siding. The showroom is close to us and the factory is right there, so they would only have to transport the cabin 31.3 miles from the warehouse to our yard. That\u2019s got to save some money there.<\/p>\n

Their website shows one cabin that looks like the size we are looking for. It is smaller, 613 square feet. It is only 12\u20199\u201d wide and 46-feet long.<\/p>\n

Yes, the Tryon is a modular cabin. All of the cabins they make are built from the same modular building blocks. The Tryon is a single module or block. Their modules are 12\u20199\u201d wide. The plan they show on their website can be stretched to 50-feet long, the longest they make.<\/p>\n

We asked for some prices to make the single module cabin the largest size they can make it. We also asked them to price it with and without the vaulted ceiling. And we asked how much it will be to put it on our land, 31.3 miles away.<\/p>\n
