The chinked style log cabin shells start for as little as $24.00 per sq. ft. of ground floor space. This includes door and window openings cut in and trimmed per customers specs, a cross beam, and a loft beam. A small single story cabin will accommodate a sleeping loft with the appropriate pitched roof.<\/p>\n

For a full room upstairs you would need a story and a half or full two story. Pricing for a story and a half would be figured at one and a half times the sq. footage of the ground floor and a two story would be twice the sq. footage of the ground floor space.<\/p>\n

An example would be a 16×24 log shell has 384 sq. ft. at $24.00 per sq. ft. it is $9,216. That includes the log shell and one overhead beam and 1 loft beam.\u00a0\u00a0 Log trusses and beams are available.<\/p>\n
