Most modular homes are built from two, three or more sections joined together. They are larger than we can have as an ADU where we live.<\/p>\n

A single wide modular home costs less to build, costs less to deliver and costs less to set up.<\/p>\n

A single section modular home can be up to 76-feet long and 16-feet wide with up to 3\u201d overhang. But they can also be more compact, with a smaller footprint. A small single piece modular home makes an ideal ADU or granny flat.<\/p>\n

While the home is being built, we will prepare a foundation.<\/p>\n

Nearly all of the permits and inspections will be done at the factory. Once the home is completed, they will move the finished home and put it on our foundation.<\/p>\n

There are a lot more options available as manufactured or mobile homes or park model homes. But there are a lot of advantages to modular construction. And we are zoned to allow modular homes, not mobile or manufactured homes or park models.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
