They got off to a great start. The day after we closed on the loan, they started pulling the permits.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThere are varying degrees of homesite preparation necessary depending on your building location. It may be as simple as scraping the topsoil and vegetation or a more extensive excavation. Clearing or grading may also be necessary before we can begin construction.
