There is another <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/SrnPGbsqwPABaSMw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">single wide 3 Beds 2 Baths for only $58,900 on Facebook Marketplace<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There are additional costs besides just buying the mobile home. It costs more for delivery and setup. You are going need some sort of foundation, HVAC, electric and plumbing, a well and septic if you don\u2019t already have them (or city water and sewer hookups, if it\u2019s available). You might need a driveway and some grading to level a spot for your home.
