When tiny homes first came out, we calculated how much it would cost to build one ourselves. It came to more than we expected! And lumber and everything else has gone up a lot since then.<\/p>\n

This tiny house is finished, on a frame with wheels and includes the mini split heat pump, single unit washer and dryer, fridge, countertop stove, full bath with sink, shower and toilet, lighting, fan\u2026 everything.\u00a0The house is 8-feet wide and 20-feet long. It weighs 9,000 pounds.\u00a0The photos show it set up with skirting around it.<\/p>\n

There is a normal-sized toilet. The bathroom has a window and some shelves for storage.<\/p>\n

The shower is an easy-to-clean one-piece unit. There is a light in the shower, so you aren’t in the dark when you close the shower curtain.<\/p>\n
