We went to the open house when they first launched Acony Bell Tiny Home Community. Since then the development has grown and matured into a real neighborhood with vacation homes and year-round residents. \u00a0It is unusual to find one of the best locations available to rent, but right now there are 6 tiny homes in Acony Bell available to buy. If you are approved, you can stay on the lot the home is set up on.<\/p>\n

Acony Bell Tiny Home Community is on 50 acres in Mills River, North Carolina. There were around 100 tiny homes there the last time I posted about it. I don\u2019t know if it has grown since then.<\/p>\n

The tiny homes for sale range in price from $70,000 to $145,000.\u00a0 They are 8 x 24, 8 x 28, 8 x 36 and 8.5 x 34.<\/p>\n
