It was right before Hurricane Helene, then I had a lot going on (and no internet). It was built as a vacation rental right outside Branson Missouri;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.happyplacevacationhomerentals.com\/ozark-bark-creek-retreat-orp5b6c569x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ozark Bark &amp; Creek Retreat: Ozark Outside Oasis Creek-View Hot Tub<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It looks like it was a good investment! It rents for $180 to $619 a night and has a lot of calendar dates already marked as reserved.<\/p>\n<h2>7 Day Aframes Kit<\/h2>\n<p>Another post shows her cabin was built from a kit from <a href=\"https:\/\/7dayaframes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">7Day Aframes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>7 Day Aframes has three standard plans; 730, 968 and 1120 square feet. They don\u2019t mean 7 days from breaking ground to sleeping in your new home. They mean 7 days to assemble the kit, which gives you a dried in A-frame cabin.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The reference to \u201cDAY\u201d refers to a day in which work is carried out and does not imply sequential \u201ccalendar days\u201d. There are certainly weekends, holidays, rain days, unexpected delays, etc. through the course of construction. The schedule does not include getting permits and building a foundation, water, sewer and power. (Those were the things that took our cabin from 30 days to 6 months.)
