For $11,000, they will frame out the interior and install windows and a door. Adding the rough electric brings the price up to $14,000. You will need to connect together and run to septic or sewer. All supply lines are internal (to protect from freezing) and are stubbed out to a single point for connection.<\/p>\n<p>Certificates: this unit has no certification. As far as I can find there is no way to certify a container cabin. As far as wind loads go it&#8217;s a shipping container it is made to cross the ocean through storms and rough seas.<\/p>\n<p>Permitting: that is specific to your area. I don&#8217;t know whether it&#8217;s allowed in your area or not you will need to check. Some areas it&#8217;s welcome, some areas no way, and in others you can put in as an aux structure (man cave, she shed, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Cabinetry: All cabinetry is custom there is no MDF used all cabinets are made from cabinet grade plywood.
