Wouldn\u2019t this be a great place to do projects? The standard front porch isn\u2019t very big, but big enough for a couple of chairs and to not stand in the rain when you unlock the door.<\/p>\n

The brochure calls this the Pressure Treated Cottage<\/strong>. It is available in a variety of sizes, from 10\u2019 x 16\u2019 \u00a0at $3,690.00 to 14\u2019 x 36\u2019 at $9,645.00. Delivery and setup is free. You can even rent-to-own for as little as $182.36 per month. With a barn style roof they call it a cabin. I don\u2019t know why.<\/p>\n

It is unfinished, but add some insulation and nail up some beadboard and you have a really charming little house!<\/p>\n

The model has an optional 12\u2019 wide garage door. That would be practical if you wanted to park your motorcycle in your she-shed\u2026<\/p>\n
