I picked up some brochures.<\/p>\n<p>These houses start at as little as $69,900. That makes a mortgage cost of only $450 a month. Even with taxes and insurance, the house payment would probably be under $600 a month.<\/p>\n<p>You would own the home, but not the land it is on. Right now the monthly lot rent is $690 a month. Still, the total is less than most rent, at least around here. And you can do what you want. And have pets.<\/p>\n<p>How much would it cost to buy a small lot?
