I have to admit, I had low expectations when I first visited the model. I had visited a lot of models. At every one, someone said we could have what we were looking for, but when it came right down to it, we couldn\u2019t. Or they never ever came back with a price. Or, if they did come back with a price it was completely out of site. Or they came back with a very reasonable price, then wouldn\u2019t hammer it down with specifics.<\/p>\n

This is true, too. They patiently priced everything out. It was broken down to specifics so we could make a very informed decision. Most options they have in their computer, so they could give us an immediate answer, no wait at all. Some things were more complex. They could give us a ballpark, then emailed back with specifics.<\/p>\n
