The original house on the property is being fixed up to sell. Dorothy has really made some improvements!<\/p>\n

Here are some of the changes.<\/p>\n

\"Stainless<\/a>
Stainless Steel Appliances<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

She updated the kitchen with granite stone counter tops and stainless appliances.<\/p>\n

\"Small<\/a>
Small Scale Subway Tile Back Splash<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

She made a good choice with the back splash. It has the look of subway tile, which people really like right now. But it is on a smaller scale, to work with the scale of this small house.<\/p>\n

\"White<\/a>
White Washed Original Wood Walls and Ceilings<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

She left the original wood walls and ceilings, but whitewashed them for a fresh look.<\/p>\n

\"Barn<\/a>
Barn Style Sliding Door<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The floors are refinished, too. The original wood is beautiful!<\/p>\n

The pale grey white wash on the walls really opens the space up and makes it look fresh.<\/p>\n

She updated the door from the living room to the master bedroom with a barn style sliding door.<\/p>\n

Outside she made a real change with the landscaping. The straw is over the new grass seed.<\/p>\n

She replaced the front steps with these.<\/p>\n

She got the driveway under control with these landscape timbers and continued them to create a walk way to the front porch.<\/p>\n
