Plumbing vent or vent stack<\/h2>\n

Vents are to regulate the air pressure in our plumbing. They allow fresh air into our plumbing system so the water can flow smoothly. Vents also keep any odors from the drain lines out of the house. We have one on each side of the house. They exit through the roof at the back of the house.<\/p>\n

This one vents the washer and our bathroom. The one from the guest bath runs across the ceiling of Cliff\u2019s office so it vents from the back of the house.<\/p>\n
