{"id":3757,"date":"2017-07-17T10:43:49","date_gmt":"2017-07-17T10:43:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.projectsmallhouse.com\/blog\/?p=3757"},"modified":"2018-10-01T09:30:59","modified_gmt":"2018-10-01T09:30:59","slug":"the-schumacher-homes-blue-ridge-model","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.projectsmallhouse.com\/blog\/2017\/07\/the-schumacher-homes-blue-ridge-model\/","title":{"rendered":"The Schumacher Homes Blue Ridge Model"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When we visited the Schumacher Homes Model in Asheville, North Carolina, we picked up a brochure \u201cThe Best Way to Appreciate the Quality of our Homes is to Tour Our Model.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>If you like this floor plan but need <strong>more<\/strong> sq. ft. consider the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beverly II, 2,428 sq. ft.<\/li>\n<li>Spring Hill A, 2,693 sq. ft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you like this floor plan but need <strong>less <\/strong>sq. ft. consider the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asheville B, 1609 sq. ft.<\/li>\n<li>Cross Creek A, 1966 sq. ft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>These and the Blue Ridge were some of the same ones we had already printed out and drawn on.
