We toured The Village at Flat Rock, a community of tiny homes on Orchard Road near Hendersonville, NC. They had some of the tiny houses open to see inside.<\/p>\n

\"This<\/a>
This tiny-towable is parked right near the lake.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This tiny towable was in the section they are just opening up. It is next to a small pond. The sites are for tiny houses that will not be permanent.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a>
The siding is in a restful shade of green. At the beach or in the mountains, this color will always fit in.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The setting is really lovely!<\/p>\n

\"Notice<\/a>
Notice the shingle roof in a darker driftwood color. The shades of this tiny house blend from outdoors to indoors.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The siding of this tiny house is in restful blue-green shades.<\/p>\n

\"Another<\/a>
Another tiny towable. Leveled on jacks in a great location overlooking the tiny lake.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Tiny towables are leveled just like a camper trailer.<\/p>\n

\"Stainless<\/a>
Stainless finish mini-fridge, granite countertops.
More storage over the bath.
Notice the shower!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The kitchen is small, but they did not skimp on details, with granite countertops and high end plumbing fixtures.<\/p>\n

The bar under the window provides storage and a surface for two to eat at with the view.<\/p>\n

\"This<\/a>
This smaller size stove has an easy-to-clean surface. The countertops are granite. The cabinets are finished in white with a matte finish.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Storage is stowed in everywhere. They made sure there is work surface to both sides of the stove.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a>
The long window over the sofa lets in light and the view.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The light colored wood walls and lovely pickled ceiling are really relaxing.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a>
The kitchen has granite countertops. The bar is in front of the window. The stools slip right under. Small, but so, so pretty!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The floor follows the shades of the ceiling in slightly darker tones.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a>
The porthole window fits perfectly. More light and more architectural interest.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\"Don't<\/a>
Don’t you love the wood ceiling? It is stained beautifully in light natural driftwood colors. The LED recessed lighting is super efficient and takes no space at all.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I really love the colors they used.<\/p>\n

A daybed instead of a sofa is lighter weight and adds another place to sleep.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
