This is the last tiny towable they had available to tour. This one had two lofts, one over the living room and another over the bath. With the futon in the living room, the house could easily sleep six.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a>
The walls and ceiling are left natural and light for a low contrast, open feeling.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

This tiny house had a ceiling fan for air circulation. It didn\u2019t have as many windows as some of the other tiny houses, but it wasn\u2019t stuffy at all. And there is a mini-split air conditioner where you need it. The loft over the living room could be reached by going up the shelf\/stairs.<\/p>\n

\"With<\/a>
With such light walls, the sofa and cabinets can be finished in a darker color without making the space claustrophobic.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The small living room has a futon. It is under the sleeping loft. The decor is all bicycle themed.<\/p>\n

The walls are sealed natural pine. Very fresh. The LED lights look like recessed.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a>
The skylight lets in lots of light during the day. The small ceiling fan adds light at night. Just this one tiny fan is enough to circulate air in the whole tiny house.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The sleeping loft is close to the ceiling, leaving more headroom downstairs.<\/p>\n

The slanted roof makes the sleep loft more inviting. Notice there is more storage on the right.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

There is a place to latch on the ladder to reach the sleeping loft over the bath. Usually it is stored just inside the front door.<\/p>\n

There is plenty of open storage. I guess when the tiny house is towed, everything can just be stacked in the floor so it doesn\u2019t tumble.<\/p>\n

It really is a light fresh open space.<\/p>\n

Look! Plenty of hot water and a high efficiency heat and air conditioner!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The closet has a hot water heater and some ductwork. Does the mini split go to this duct work? Most tiny houses I\u2019ve seen or read about use some kind of tankless water system.<\/p>\n
