When I went by this morning there was a van with ladders!<\/p>\n

We could have put a different color in every room if we wanted, but I really like the rooms to flow. I used the same color for everything. I sure hope it\u2019s good!<\/p>\n

Primer?<\/h2>\n

I\u2019ve got to say, I was a little surprised to see that they are painting without priming first.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re not. This is the primer. The primer is tinted the color that the paint will be.<\/p>\n

Paint Selections<\/h2>\n

It was hard to choose the paint color. Paint changes depending on the light level in the room. This room didn\u2019t exist yet, so I had to imagine what the light would be.<\/p>\n

I love yellow walls. I have had yellow walls in nearly every home. Even when I was a little girl, my bedroom had yellow walls.<\/p>\n

The countertops are going to be navy blue and the leather sofa we already have is bright red. The log cabin has red cedar walls. You wouldn\u2019t think so, but it kinda sucks the color out of things. Reds look brown near the red walls, so I chose a sofa that is lipstick bright red.<\/p>\n
