The guys showed up today to blow the insulation into the attic.<\/p>\n

The truck has a machine in it to blow the insulation.<\/p>\n

Hose from the truck, in through the window to the attic<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

They ran a hose from the truck, in through the window, then up the ladder to the attic.<\/p>\n

\"Marker
Marker for the insulation depth<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

They put up markers to show the depth of the insulation.<\/p>\n

The hopper for the insulation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The truck has a hopper. They open bags of insulation and pour it into the hopper. That\u2019s the blue thing there. See how many bags full they have already used? They are held in a plastic sling near the hopper.<\/p>\n

When they turned the machine on, it blows the materials through the hose and into the attic. It was quieter than I expected.<\/p>\n

There were two guys. One poured the materials into the hopper, the other was in the attic, blowing in the insulation.<\/p>\n

They guy working in the attic had a light like a caver or miner.<\/p>\n

They had really good music, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Blues.<\/p>\n

They started at the far end of the attic and worked toward the ladder.<\/p>\n

He had to balance on the trusses<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The guy blowing the insulation balanced on the trusses.<\/p>\n

The insulation blows out fast!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The stuff blows out faster than you would guess. It was blowing around like snowflakes.<\/p>\n
