I\u2019ll bet a lot of heat leaves through that open window in the peak.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve heard that A-Frame houses were designed to contend with with heavy snow.
\nBut then I\u2019ve also seen tropical A-frame houses.<\/p>\n

I doubt there is a lot of danger from snow load.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve also read that A-Frame construction is able to withstand hurricanes. Maybe. But it doesn\u2019t seem like it. It seems like that is an awful lot of surface to get blown at. Perhaps a flat, very well reinforced A-frame…<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve stayed in an A-Frame Vacation Rental. It was pretty small. It had an open floor plan with a kitchen and living room all in one. There was a loft bedroom upstairs and a tiny bedroom downstairs. The inside walls were angled like the roof.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
