They had an Open House at Acony Bell Tiny Home Village on Sunday. Cliff and I were at the beach, but my daughter and her husband met my cousin and her husband for the open house.<\/p>\n

Both couples have vacation rentals.<\/p>\n

Acony Bell Tiny Home Village is in a beautiful mountain setting<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Acony Bell Tiny Home Village is a 56 acre location on the banks of Boylston Creek off 280, the Asheville Highway near Brickyard Road.<\/p>\n

The neighborhood has Long Term Sites and Vacation Rentals. The sites are divided into smaller communities.<\/p>\n

Tiny Home Neighborhoods<\/h2>\n

We have two Tiny Home Neighborhoods near Hendersonville. The other one is the Village at Flat Rock. It is on the other side of Hendersonville.<\/p>\n

Open House at the Village at Flat Rock ><\/a><\/p>\n

Acony Bell Tiny Home Village has spots to put your own Tiny Home. One of their slogans is \u201cLive tiny legally!\u201d<\/p>\n

They have locations for Tiny Towables to park. There are also spots for Park Models. Some 100 Amp connections are available. You can bring your own Tiny House, Tiny Towable or even a Tiny House you build yourself. Acony Bell is open for and tiny home, as long as it is 450 square feet or smaller.<\/p>\n

The Open House had models open to tour by many of our local Tiny House Builders. They were showing Tiny Homes on Wheels and Park Model Tiny Homes.<\/p>\n

Vacation Rentals<\/h2>\n

If you want to try living in a Tiny House, Acony Bell Tiny Home Village has tiny home vacation rentals. See if Tiny Living is for you on your next vacation.<\/p>\n

If you want to rent your Tiny Home out when you are not using it, Acony Bell will help you manage your vacation rental. They will greet your guests, make sure their stay is pleasant and provide housekeeping and supplies.<\/p>\n

Tiny Home Community<\/h2>\n

Acony Bell Tiny Home Village has added a lot of appealing community features. \u00a0They have community gardens, fire rings and walking paths.<\/p>\n

They are planning a mountain bike trail and a community center. Acony Bell lot rental includes water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and common area maintenance.<\/p>\n
