We got the final bill for the sidewalk somebody else gets. As soon as we paid for that, the inspector came out for the final inspection.<\/p>\n

They wanted a couple of corrections.<\/p>\n

\"Insulation
Insulation strip around the pull-down stairs<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

They had to add a strip of insulation on the pull-down attic stairs.<\/p>\n

They extended the power so that the pump power cord can reach.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The outlet for the pump in the engineered footers well was too far from the pump for the power cord. The electrician had to come back and make an extension. So now we have plenty of outlets on that side of the house.<\/p>\n

They re-inspected and on December 5, 2018\u2026 We got our CO!<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know why, but for some reason that is what we were waiting for to get power and gas. We called. They gave us a date to install and then we got the weather forecast for snow.<\/p>\n
