The owner and her husband bought it to live in while they restored an old farmhouse. Now they are moving in and passing the Tiny House on.<\/p>\n

The house is 336 square feet.<\/p>\n

It has everything. All it needs is power and water. It is ready for you to live in. It is an ideal little efficiency.<\/p>\n

Or rent it out as a vacation rental. All the comfort of a hotel room, but with the privacy of a cabin.<\/p>\n

It is bright and cheerful with four large windows.<\/p>\n

There is enough room to replace the toilet with a composting toilet, if you want to. The bathroom has normal sized fixtures, much better than those little camper toilets!<\/p>\n

There is small porch it isn\u2019t very big, but it is sure nice!<\/p>\n

This small heater and air conditioner is enough for the whole house. The floor is fitted with duct work.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The house is pre-fitted with ductwork, if you want to add a heat pump. The owners used a window HVAC, which they are including in the sale. There is also room for a mini split.<\/p>\n

The outside is finished in low weight, low maintenance vinyl siding in a grey green shade. The roofing has asphalt shingles and can be fitted with solar panels.<\/p>\n

The Tiny House counts as an RV. The title is transferred at the DMV and your car insurance company handles the insurance.<\/p>\n
