Huh? Perhaps they consider the roof the porch and the floor of the porch the deck?

The Tuff Shed brochure lists a lot of available upgrades. Not all upgrades are available on all sheds.

Any windows at all are options. There are opening windows and non-opening windows in different sizes. You can also add a sky light to let in more light. You can fancy them up with shutters.

The porch is an option. It can be any size, it doesn’t have to run the whole way. And you can move the door and the porch to any wall. Most people don’t want a box with a door. You lose space on both floors for the stairs. There is some storage under the stairs and there is a little space over the stairs, but there is definitely something to subtract. I will go over and measure ours to get an idea and do the math here again.

I found that the biggest ones are not necessarily the best deal.

W x L x H

Sq Ft

Base Price

Price/Sq Ft

16′ x 20′ x 21′

640

$12,629.00

$19.73

16′ x 24′ x 21′

768

$14,156.00

$18.43

16′ x 28′ x 21′

896

$15,689.00

$17.51

16′ x 32′ x 21′

1024

$17,219.00

$16.82

16′ x 36′ x 21′

1152

$18,749.00

$16.28

18′ x 20′ x 21’6″

720

$14,029.00

$19.48

18′ x 24′ x 21’6″

864

$15,775.00

$18.26

18′ x 28′ x 21’6″

1008

$17,499.00

$17.36

18′ x 32′ x 21’6″

1152

$20,599.00

$17.88

18′ x 36′ x 21’6″

1296

$22,889.00

$17.66

The best deals are both only 16′ deep.
