A Log Cabin Kit for $11,900 showed up in my Facebook Marketplace feed. I looked up the company where they come from and found some of their floor plans and options.<\/p>\n

The listing is from Doug Avery in Knoxville, TN, but the kit is made in Hamilton, Alabama. See some of their models and floor plans.<\/p>\n

Sparrow Point is a tiny house log cabin at only 396 square feet. It has two tiny bedrooms, plus the bunk beds. If you wanted to get the most out of a vacation rental, this would do it.<\/p>\n

You could sleep a lot of people and there would be a little privacy for changing. But there is sure not much room for storage.<\/p>\n

The Autumn Breeze park model log cabin has a dormer, which gives you an upstairs loft. This photo shows a loft with only two windows. Three windows are standard for the Autumn Breeze park model log cabin.<\/p>\n

The pass through kitchen has some storage and counter space. The hot water heater is tucked in under the stairs to the upstairs loft.<\/p>\n

The Meadow Brook park model tiny house is 397 square feet. It has one bedroom and a bath with enough room for a tub. The kitchen can have full-sized appliances. The front is a screened in porch.<\/p>\n

Avery Cabin Co is in Hamilton, Alabama. I used Google Maps and you can see their enormous warehouse with a lot of park model modular homes around it.<\/p>\n
