We added a sprayer to the kitchen faucet that came standard with our Schumacher Home.<\/p>\n

Schumacher offers a lot of options, but we decided to stick with the kitchen faucet that was included.<\/p>\n

The upgrades with a sprayer were all the kind that has the actual spout pull out as a sprayer. I really don’t care for those. If you want it to stop spraying, you have to turn off the water.<\/p>\n

The plumbers put in the faucet. They cut through the Corian counter pretty easily.<\/p>\n

We did not put in the faucet ourselves, but we looked it up to see how it worked so we could add the sprayer later.<\/p>\n

Center Mount Faucet Installation<\/strong><\/p>\n

A) Install round escutcheon (1) onto faucet (2). Insert faucet through gasket (3) and mounting hole in sink.<\/p>\n

B) Thread mounting nut and washer (1) onto mounting shank (2). Note: When sliding washer and nut (1) over diverter (3), keep tubes positioned in the notches (4) on both sides of the nut and washer. Tighten mounting nut securely by hand. Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten locking screws (5).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Mount spray support assembly (1) in far right hole in sink.
\nHAND TIGHTEN ONLY.
\nInsert spray hose (2) down through spray support.<\/p>\n

Pull diverter clip (1) outward until loose; but, do not completely remove.
\nRemove diverter cap (2) from diverter (3) and discard if installing a side spray.<\/p>\n

Keeping the diverter clip pulled out, insert spray hose nipple (4) into diverter.<\/p>\n

Make sure the hose nipple is completely inserted and then push diverter clip (1) in until it locks the hose nipple into place.
\nPull down moderately to ensure connection has been made.<\/p>\n

Sounds really straight forward.<\/p>\n
