To the front is a small bricked paved area plus the ramp leading to the front door. Don\u2019t you want to live on Unst?<\/p>\n<p>It is sold \u201cfixed price\u201d \u00a368,000. Sometimes they are \u201coffers starting at\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Brakefield Crescent is situated in Haroldswick at the north end of Unst, Britain\u2019s most northerly inhabited island which measures approximately 12 miles long by five miles wide.<\/p>\n<p>Although the island has a population of only around 650 it has excellent amenities most of which are based in Baltasound, the main population centre a few miles south of the house, where there is a Junior High School, superb leisure centre\/swimming pool, several local shops (one with fuel), post office, garage, doctors surgery, care centre, hotel and marina.
