A Log Cabin Kit for $11,900 showed up in my Facebook Marketplace feed. It is made by the Avery Cabin Co in Hamilton, Alabama. They show four models with floor plans that all have very practical kitchen layouts.<\/p>\n

They are all different. The Meadow Brook has a small L shaped kitchen. Autumn Breeze has a pass through kitchen. Mountain Shadow has a Kitchen and Dining area between the Living Room and Bedroom. And the Sparrow Point has an open floor plan with the kitchen along one wall.<\/p>\n

The Meadow Brook park model tiny house is 397 square feet. The sample layout shows a small L kitchen with a space big enough for a small table. The kitchen uses full-sized appliances.<\/p>\n

The Mountain Shadow floor plan is 399 square feet. It is a large open floor plan with bump-outs to give you more living space. The sample layout shows the kitchen along one wall with a dining area on the other side.<\/p>\n

Sparrow Point is a tiny house log cabin at only 396 square feet. The kitchen is along one wall of the open front room.<\/p>\n

Custom Kitchens<\/h2>\n

Most of the kitchen photos on Avery Cabin Company’s website and Facebook Page do not match any of these layouts.<\/p>\n

This great kitchen has a lot of practical counter space and storage. They have used ribbed galvanized metal sheets as the panels in the cabinet doors and backs.<\/p>\n

This is the view from the kitchen into the living area.<\/p>\n

I love the contrast of the black countertops with the white ship lap walls and black trim.<\/p>\n

On the other side from the kitchen there is storage under the stairs leading to the loft area.<\/p>\n

The beams are very dark stained wood.<\/p>\n

Look closely. There is a stacked washer and dryer under the stairs by the bathroom door.<\/p>\n

This kitchen has the same white cabinets with galvanized metal panels. The small kitchen has as much storage and counter space as you can tuck in.<\/p>\n
