Little BEAR Cabins is a local company that resells modular log cabins and log cabin kits. I first saw them on Facebook Marketplace.\u00a0 They advertise log cabin kits priced from $11,900 to $23,900.<\/p>\n

The park model cabins shown are from Avery Cabin Company.<\/p>\n

Avery Cabin Co builds log cabins, rustic cabins, tiny houses & RV park model homes. They are one bedroom or two bedroom. Some also have extra bunk beds off the passage.<\/p>\n

The cabins are finished completely, including these kitchens. The kitchens can have full-sized appliances. The Mountain Shadow Park Model floor plan has the kitchen in a bump-out to give you more living space.<\/p>\n

This little park model log cabin is all wood inside. The cabinets are left natural with the door and drawer panels in ribbed galvanized metal, like on old roofs.<\/p>\n

The sink is in the inside corner in this layout.<\/p>\n

The bathroom is right behind the wall with the sink, which keeps your plumbing all in one wall.<\/p>\n

The refrigerator is under the stairs.<\/p>\n

The kitchen uses full-sized appliances, which cost a lot less than miniaturized ones that are in some tiny houses. It\u2019s also a lot easier to live with a stove with four or five burners and plenty of room in the oven and microwave.<\/p>\n

This small log cabin has a shed roof dormer that gives a lot of space for storage or even additional sleeping space in the loft.<\/p>\n

U Shaped Kitchen<\/h2>\n

This kitchen is U shaped. There is a bar separating the living area from the kitchen. It gives you more counter working space.<\/p>\n

It has the natural wood cabinets with ribbed galvanized panels.<\/p>\n

The deep shelves are easy to access from the living area. You need all the storage you can get.<\/p>\n

The stairs lead to the loft. This passage is the same width as the hall.<\/p>\n

You can see through to the sliding barn door to the bathroom, through the small bedroom and out onto a porch.<\/p>\n

This kitchen looks like the standard layout for the Mountain Shadow Park Model home.<\/p>\n

The cabinets are all natural wood. There is a tiny bar height counter at the end of the kitchen.<\/p>\n

There is counter space on both sides of the stove.<\/p>\n

Everything is all on one wall. The hot water heater is tucked in under the stairs to the upstairs loft.<\/p>\n

The plans show a dishwasher. A smaller kitchen leaves more room in for the living room.<\/p>\n

The pass through kitchen has some storage and counter space.<\/p>\n

This kitchen is tucked into the passage between the living area and bedroom area. The sliding barn door to the bathroom is across from the kitchen with a loft over.<\/p>\n

There is plenty of counter space. The apron sink is right under the window. The natural wood cabinets have the galvanized panels.<\/p>\n

This is a modified version of the Sparrow Point Park Model kitchen.<\/p>\n

Sparrow Point is a tiny house log cabin at only 396 square feet. The kitchen is along one wall of the open front room.<\/p>\n

Full sized appliances are on one wall of the open floor plan. The cabinets are natural with the galvanized panels. A normal sized double apron sink is under the window.<\/p>\n

Through that door is bathroom on one side and bunk beds on the other side.<\/p>\n

This tiny house has a small kitchen tucked into one corner. There is a double stainless steel sink, full sized stove and microwave and a small fridge.<\/p>\n

Even with such a small kitchen, there is enough counter space on either side of the stove and sink.<\/p>\n

These cabins are completed in a huge warehouse in Hamilton, Alabama. Once the log cabin is complete, it is moved to your site.<\/p>\n
