This tiny house just showed up on Facebook Marketplace. It’s different because it has a downstairs bedroom. There are also two lofts.<\/p>\n

Tiny House<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you don’t like the idea of climbing into a loft to go to bed, this may be the tiny house design for you. At only 24ft x 8ft its large enough to sleep up to 6-7 people. One of the most unique features about this home is the bedrooms, with two available loft areas, this home also has a master bedroom which is located downstairs.<\/p>\n

This tiny house on wheels is equipped with everything a family needs, including a minisplit unit for heat and air, full-sized kitchen appliances (gas stove\/oven & refrigerator) and space for a washer\/dryer combo unit to be purchased separately. Pictured with plumbed toilet but does include composting toilet in purchase.<\/p>\n

Price is for tiny house and porch only. Buyer is responsible for moving fees. No owner financing. No property included.<\/p>\n
