My daughter and niece went and got some photos for me.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.projectsmallhouse.com\/blog\/2018\/11\/open-house-at-acony-bell-tiny-home-village\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acony Bell Tiny Home Village Open House &gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The listing for this tiny house answers some of the things we wondered about.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Acony Bell is an extremely desirable community to live in due to the location and proximity to so many beautiful mountain towns. The community is currently full and has a wait list so this is your chance to get a spot!<\/p>\n<p>The current rent for this lot is $575.00\/ month . This includes water, septic, common area mx, trash and recycling. All you would need to do is get an account with the power and broadband company and you are good to go as the home is already set up and ready to be lived in.<\/p>\n<p>Purchasing the home does not guarantee you a lease.
