I\u2019m not positive, but it really looks like the Homestead Farmhouse I from Nationwide with the plan flipped. It&#8217;s an advantage for kids to be able to run in and out to the bathroom without going through the whole house.<\/p>\n<p>But it is a disadvantage when you have guests. The laundry room by the back door will end up with all the stuff dumped on the way in or waiting on the way out. You have to go through the laundry room to the bath.<\/p>\n<p>Alternately, they can go upstairs to the bath. It has windows overlooking the front of the house. It is 12&#8242;-9&#8243; x 14&#8242;-9&#8243;.
