I am nearly certain that the second house I toured at Premier Homes of the Carolinas is the Regis Modular Home from Encore by Palm Harbor Homes.<\/p>\n

The Regis was one of the house plans we considered when we were building. It has a lot of things I really like; a split bedroom plan, a good sized laundry room at the back door and lots of closets.<\/p>\n

The model has a really nice front porch.<\/p>\n

Above is the drawing of the house from the plans. Below is the house. Other than the porch, it looks like the same house. The insides seem to be laid out like the plans, too.<\/p>\n

Here are the house plans. You can see how it is made from two 13\u2019 wide x 58\u2019 modular sections. See the double wall down the middle?<\/p>\n

This is the view from the front door. There is no foyer.<\/p>\n

You walk into a good sized living room. The plans show it is 18\u2019 10\u201d x 12\u2019 6\u201d. That’s bigger than our living room.<\/p>\n

There is a built-in entertainment center on one wall.<\/p>\n

The dining room is to one side of the kitchen. The dining room has a large sliding glass door for a lot of light. It would be great to have a deck out back.<\/p>\n

This is the optional kitchen layout, with space to eat at the bar and the sink under the window.<\/p>\n

The hallway to the right goes to the master bedroom suite.<\/p>\n

The dining room has custom built-in storage and serving area. The dining area is big, 10\u2019 2\u201d x 9\u2019 3\u201d.<\/p>\n

There is a lot of additional storage in a walk-in pantry.<\/p>\n

The master bedroom is 14\u2019 3\u201d x 12\u2019 6\u201d, plenty big enough for a king-sized bed.<\/p>\n

It opens up to a large bath area with double sinks, a soaking tub, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet.<\/p>\n

This is the nice tile walk-in shower with another window. Plenty of natural light!<\/p>\n

On the complete other side of the house are the other two bedrooms. They are both 9\u2019 6\u201d x 12\u2019 6\u201d.<\/p>\n

Each bedroom has one window.<\/p>\n
