The Schumacher Homes Blue Ridge Model
When we visited the Schumacher Homes Model in Asheville, North Carolina, we picked up a brochure “The Best Way to Appreciate the Quality of our Homes is to Tour Our Model.”
If you like this floor plan but need more sq. ft. consider the:
- Beverly II, 2,428 sq. ft.
- Spring Hill A, 2,693 sq. ft.
If you like this floor plan but need less sq. ft. consider the:
- Asheville B, 1609 sq. ft.
- Cross Creek A, 1966 sq. ft.
These and the Blue Ridge were some of the same ones we had already printed out and drawn on. The Blue Ridge is the model.

The model had a lot of changes from the original plans of the Blue Ridge.
As you walk through our model please notice that the items in red are additions/changes to the standard Blue Ridge floor plan.
This looks like it is nearly completely different from the original plans, but it really isn’t.
You get the idea though, that you can make big changes to really personalize plans to make them exactly what you need.
