This is the Master Bath in the Schumacher Homes Blue Ridge Model.
It is not at all what we are building, but I thought I would share.

The sinks are completely separated. No tripping over each other here. Probably no sharing the same toothpaste, either.

This really is a temple to bathing. It has two separate sinks and a ginormous bath tub. There are two closets, a large walk in shower and a separate water closet, a rather large privacy room for the toilet.

I tried on the tub. It is way too long for me. I would slide right under the water.
I like the idea of a bench to sit on, though. We will probably do something like this.

The shower is large and convenient.

So, you could step right out of the shower into the closet to get dressed.

I can see the advantage. The main benefit is privacy. Putting the toilet in a separate enclosed area allows two people to use the bathroom at the same time without interfering with each other.

This is the plan for the bath.
