HVAC Progress
We’ve waited and waited for the HVAC guy and finally we got someone else. This has been holding things up because the ducts have to go in before the drywall.
This is the ductwork for the heat pump.
The new HVAC guy got right to work. He pre-assembled the pieces on the ground. He attached the vents onto the ducts.
He went up the ladder, then walked in the trusses.
He put in the ducts for the dryer and the bathroom vents, too.
He had to wait for the carpenters to come back and build the platform for the air handler.
While he waited, he put in the dryer vent and the ducts for the bathroom vents.
Yesterday the carpenters showed up and built the platform. They built the platform over the shower. They left enough space for insulation.
The air handler is big. The HVAC guy had this winch to pull it up.
