We went to Clayton Homes, too. It is right across the street from Premier Homes of the Carolinas in Fletcher. When we spoke to them on the phone, they said they sold modular homes.
When we got there, they had one model on display. These are the photos.

You walk straight into the living room, with the kitchen right in front of you.

Although they say it is a modular home, it felt like a mobile home. It just did.

I like the window over the kitchen sink.

The kitchen is straight ahead as you walk in the front door.

The kitchen is big. It has some additional counter space and storage in the island.

There is a small dining area off the kitchen.

The sliding glass doors off the dining area go to a small deck.

The bathroom is perfectly acceptable.

There is a pocket office in the hallway near the laundry room. It is right across from the doors to the secondary bedrooms.

This is the bath off the master bedroom.

The master bathroom is luxurious.

There is a walk in shower and his-n-hers sinks in the master bath.

The master bath is big enough for a soaker tub.
They were extremely busy, so we didn’t hang around to ask any questions.
