Avery Cabin Co Log Cabin Tiny Houses and Floor Plans
A Log Cabin Kit for $11,900 showed up in my Facebook Marketplace feed. I looked up the company where they come from and found some of their floor plans and options.
The listing is from Doug Avery in Knoxville, TN, but the kit is made in Hamilton, Alabama. See some of their models and floor plans.

Sparrow Point
Sparrow Point is a tiny house log cabin at only 396 square feet. It has two tiny bedrooms, plus the bunk beds. If you wanted to get the most out of a vacation rental, this would do it.
You could sleep a lot of people and there would be a little privacy for changing. But there is sure not much room for storage.
Autumn Breeze
The Autumn Breeze park model log cabin would be more practical as a vacation home or even to live in, if you can minimize enough. It is 383 square feet with one bedroom big enough for a Queen-sized bed. The living room is larger, too and has a fireplace.
The Autumn Breeze park model log cabin has a dormer, which gives you an upstairs loft. This photo shows a loft with only two windows. Three windows are standard for the Autumn Breeze park model log cabin.

The pass through kitchen has some storage and counter space. The hot water heater is tucked in under the stairs to the upstairs loft.
And there is a nice screened in porch.
Avery Cabin offers some nice options, like metal roofing.
Meadow Brook and Mountain Shadow
The Meadow Brook and Mountain Shadow both have the same photo, with a front porch on the front.
The Meadow Brook park model tiny house is 397 square feet. It has one bedroom and a bath with enough room for a tub. The kitchen can have full-sized appliances. The front is a screened in porch.
The Mountain Shadow floor plan is 399 square feet plus an optional screened porch area. It is a large open floor plan with a very small bedroom that bumps out. The bump-outs give you more living space.

Avery Cabin Co is in Hamilton, Alabama. I used Google Maps and you can see their enormous warehouse with a lot of park model modular homes around it.

The cabins are completed in the huge warehouse. This looks like the Autumn Breeze park model log cabin with the dormer and porch.
Once the log cabin is complete, it is moved to your site.
