Here are the floor plans. The whole container is 20-feet long and 8-feet wide.
The standard bathroom area is 4-foot, 4.5″ long.

The container is 8-feet wide. One end has a living area. This photo includes an optional additional door. The bar is moved to the living area. The heat pump/air conditioner is over the bathroom door.

The Simplicity has the heat pump/air conditioner on the wall beside the bathroom door.

Simplicity Container Home has the bar under the three windows.

The plan shows an additional area over the tongue that supports the hot water heater, AC Condenser and Electrical Panel.

The other side opens completely.

What is included in these Container Houses?

• Waterproof and Pet Friendly Flooring
• Bathroom with Privacy Door, Toilet, Sink, Cabinet, Mirror and Shower
• 72” x 80” Main Entry Door
• 54” x 36” Kitchen Window
• 30” x 48” Triple Windows are standard on the Simplicity Plus and Serenity. They are optional on the Simplicity.
• Custom Window Packages available
• Sink, Faucet, Stove Top, Fridge and Microwave

The whole end opens with a 72″ x 80″ entry door.

The standard Bathroom includes a Privacy Door, Toilet, Sink, Cabinet, Mirror and Shower.

The shower has galvanized metal walls.

There are options available on different models, but this is the standard window.

One side has this a 54” x 36” window.

30” x 48” Triple Windows are standard on the Simplicity Plus and Serenity. They are optional on the Simplicity.

The standard kitchen includes a sink with faucet, 2-burner stove top, fridge and microwave.

The gas countertop stove is installed into the butcher-block countertop.

What makes them different?

A Murphy Bed is available with the Simplicity. It is included standard with the Simplicity Plus.

A Rooftop Deck with Steps and Railing is available to add onto the Simplicity Plus and Serenity Container Homes.
