Studio Home by Studio Shed makes small modular homes that been be delivered to your home. Their efficient little Summit series starts with the little 308 Square Foot model. They are available 14, 16 or 20-feet wide by 22 to 50-feet long. They can be delivered as a kit, as a shell with the outside finished and the inside ready for you to complete. Or order one completely finished inside and out.

Studio Sheds are built in Colorado and work with certified local builders. They have a streamlined permitting process and can conform to local building codes. The smallest of the Studio Home ADUs by Studio Shed, Summit 308 is 14 x 22, with 308 square feet. That is small; just one room plus the bathroom.

Summit 308 Studio Home ADU by Studio Shed

You can customize the plans. The bathroom can start on either side. The two basic variations are the location of the kitchen. Model A has the kitchen along one wall of the larger area.

Model B has the kitchen located in the smaller area next to the bathroom.

Summit 308 Floor Plan A

This plan has the kitchen in the larger area. The kitchen wall is 11-feet long with a closet a little over 2-feet deep. The entire room is almost 14-feet deep. The smaller area is about 7.75-feet deep. It totals 218 square feet, with the bathroom and closet taking up the rest of the space.

The cabin can be ordered as a shell, but if you choose to order the modular ADU finished it comes with a full kitchen. This variation has the sink along one wall in the larger room.

• 18″ dishwasher
• Microwave/vent hood
• Premium plywood cabinets in two painted finishes
• Solid surface counter tops in three finishes
• Stainless steel sink workstation

The standard finished cabin has LVT flooring,”luxury vinyl tile”, vinyl flooring that can look like wood, stone, or ceramic tile.

The plan includes room for a washer and dryer in the closet with the hot water heater.

This is the other side of the plan. The smaller area by the bathroom can be the bedroom.

Summit 308 Floor Plan B

The other plan has the kitchen in the smaller space, leaving more room in the main living area. This plan shows the kitchen around 11x 7.75-feet and the larger area around 13x 14-feet.

You can modify the layout to fit in what matters to you.

If the kitchen is in the smaller area, there is still room for a washer and dryer and some counter space.

The living area that is left is around 169 square feet.
