Mountain Brook Cottage Building Kit from Summerwood

The overhanging gable creates a loft for storage or extra sleeping space.

Kits are available to build a cabin 10-feet to 28-feet wide by 6-feet to 24-feet deep.

The side walls are almost 9-feet high. You can choose from a roof with a relatively low pitch to a steep pitch giving room for a usable loft.

The higher the roof, the more room to use in the loft. The roof is higher if the cabin is wider or the pitch is steeper.
