It is built of interlocking logs, not log siding. These are 3.5″ Solid Interlocking Timber with 8-Foot Side Walls.
It has a dark green metal roof with double bubble radiant insulation, a highly durable, weather-resistant outer roof paired with a baseline thermal and vapor barrier underneath.
Double Bubble Radiant Barrier is installed in the roof and floor. Double Bubble Radiant Insulation is two layers of air bubbles sandwiched between reflective foil faces. During the summer, it blocks up to 96-97% of the radiant heat transferring from the hot green metal roof into the building. It also acts as a vapor barrier to prevent condensation (roof sweating) from dripping onto your framing or ceiling.
Double Bubble Radiant Insulation has a limited R-value, between R-1.1 and R-3. This is really very little thermal resistance. It stops heat radiation, but it does not efficiently stop heat conduction or convection.
The cabin also has extremely efficient closed-cell spray foam insulation. Closed-cell spray foam has an R-value of R-6.0 to R-7.0 per inch thick.

PEX handles pressure and expansion even if the lines freeze. PVC provides rigid, smooth pathways for wastewater. It does not include the bathroom sink, toilet and shower stall and any specific plumbing parts they need. A 12-gallon water water heater is included.
